1. Call and schedule an initial consultation.
2. Meet with our provider. You'll discuss your health history, concerns, and goals and draw labs.
3. Return visit. During this visit, our provider will review your labs, present you with you custom Total Daily Energy Expenditure Report (TDEE), educate you on your nutrition and exercise, and discuss your individual plan.
4. Start your plan! Based upon the plan you chose, you may come in weekly, or monthly, for weigh-ins and injections (our B12 injections are included in all of our plans) to track and promote your progress.
