Board-certified FNP-C Brian Johnson brings comprehensive hormone therapy, testosterone treatment, and medical weight loss to Wyoming patients via secure telehealth — no long drives, no waiting rooms.
● Women's BHRT · PCOS · Perimenopause · Thyroid · TRT · ED Treatment · Tirzepatide ●
Wyoming has fewer than 6 physicians per 10,000 residents in many counties — one of the lowest ratios in the nation. For specialized hormone therapy and men's health services, options are even scarcer. Telehealth changes that.
Brian Johnson holds WorldLink Medical Advanced BHRT certification alongside his AANP board certification. 30+ years in emergency, LifeFlight, and clinical care. This isn't a subscription service — you see the same experienced provider every visit.
Initial consultations run 50–60 minutes. Lab reviews run 75–85 minutes. In a world of 10-minute appointments, this is extraordinary — and it's why patients who've been dismissed for years finally get answers and a real plan.
We don't cherry-pick three standard markers. We order a comprehensive panel of over 42 values — hormonal, thyroid, metabolic, cardiovascular — and review every single result with you in detail.
Brian holds an active Wyoming telehealth license. All care is fully compliant with Wyoming telehealth practice standards. You receive the same legal protections and quality of care as any in-person visit. Same quality care, zero commute.

Licensed statewide — if you're in Wyoming, we can see you
Wyoming is a beautiful state — and one of the most medically underserved in the nation. In dozens of smaller communities across Wyoming, the nearest hormone specialist or functional medicine provider is a 2–4 hour drive away. For many residents, that means going without care, or accepting that chronic symptoms are just "part of life."
They're not. Fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, low libido, sleep disruption, and mood changes often have treatable hormonal or metabolic roots. Distance should never be the reason those go unaddressed.
Brian Johnson, FNP-C sees Wyoming patients from small and rural communities every week via telehealth. Labs ordered to the nearest draw site. Medications shipped to your door. Same expert care as any city patient — without the drive.
"I hadn't seen a specialist in 6 years — not because I didn't need to, but because there simply wasn't one within 3 hours. Telehealth with Brian was the first real health conversation I'd had in years."

"I live 3 hours from the nearest city with an endocrinologist. I'd been dealing with exhaustion, weight gain, and mood swings for years and kept being told my labs were 'normal.' Brian spent over an hour with me on video, went through every single lab value, and explained things no doctor ever had. I finally had a plan — and it worked."

Yes. Brian Johnson, FNP-C holds an active Wyoming telehealth license and is fully authorized to evaluate, diagnose, and prescribe for Wyoming residents via secure video consultation. All care meets or exceeds Wyoming telehealth practice standards.
All hormones are compounded by MedQuest Pharmacy, a specialized compounding pharmacy in Salt Lake City, Utah, and shipped directly to your home in Wyoming. We use MedQuest exclusively because their compounds contain no unnecessary fillers or binders — which means better absorption, more consistent hormone levels, and significantly better symptom improvement compared to retail pharmacy products. For weight loss, we prescribe Tirzepatide as our first-line GLP-1 medication, along with Ozempic and Wegovy where appropriate. Non-GLP-1 alternatives are also available for patients who prefer them.
We order labs to LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics draw sites located throughout Wyoming, including Cheyenne, Casper, Jackson, Laramie, and many smaller towns. Most patients are within a short drive of a draw site.
Absolutely. "Normal" refers to the average range across a tested population — not to what is optimal for you. If you have symptoms, there is often a hormonal or metabolic explanation that conventional "normal" ranges miss. We focus on your optimal level, not the average.
Any smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone. We use a HIPAA-compliant video platform — no special app downloads required. If you can do a FaceTime or Zoom call, you can do a telehealth visit with us.
Most of our services are not covered by insurance, as they're classified as preventive or lifestyle medicine. We offer transparent pricing and accept CareCredit for financing. Many patients find our direct-pay model more affordable than insurance-based specialist care.
You don't have to drive to Salt Lake City or Denver. Schedule your telehealth consultation with Brian Johnson, FNP-C today.
