Even in Salt Lake City and Provo, wait times for functional medicine and hormone specialty care often stretch 3–6 months. Outside the urban corridor, options are even scarcer. Telehealth with an experienced provider changes that entirely.
Brian Johnson holds WorldLink Medical Advanced BHRT certification alongside his AANP board certification. 30+ years in emergency, LifeFlight, and clinical care. This isn't a subscription service — you see the same experienced provider every visit.
Initial consultations run 50–60 minutes. Lab reviews run 75–85 minutes. In a world of 10-minute appointments, this is extraordinary — and it's why patients who've been dismissed for years finally get answers and a real plan.
We don't cherry-pick three standard markers. We order a comprehensive panel of over 42 values — hormonal, thyroid, metabolic, cardiovascular — and review every single result with you in detail.
Brian holds an active Utah telehealth license. All care is fully compliant with Utah telehealth practice standards. You receive the same legal protections and quality of care as any in-person visit.
Women's Health · Ages 20–80
Personalized BHRT for women at every hormonal life stage — from PCOS in your 20s to post-menopausal optimization in your 70s and 80s. Bioidentical hormones that work with your body.
Men's Health
Low testosterone and erectile dysfunction affect millions — and are highly treatable. Discreet, evidence-based, individualized care from home. No waiting room. No awkward conversations.
Weight Management
Tirzepatide and other proven GLP-1 medications, paired with a personalized metabolic protocol. Medical weight loss that addresses your biology — not just your BMI — with ongoing monitoring.
Utah's Wasatch Front has a concentration of providers, but most of the state doesn't. And even in SLC and Provo, specialized hormone care means long wait lists. Telehealth eliminates both problems.

"I live 2.5 hours from Salt Lake. Getting to a specialist there means taking a full day off work. I was skeptical that telehealth would be the same quality — it was actually better. Brian spent more time with me than any in-person doctor ever has."

Yes. Brian Johnson, FNP-C holds an active Utah telehealth license and is fully authorized to evaluate, diagnose, order labs, and prescribe for Utah patients via secure video consultation, in full compliance with Utah telehealth regulations.
Absolutely. PCOS is one of our primary specialties. We begin with a comprehensive hormonal and metabolic panel — including androgens, insulin, LH/FSH ratio, and thyroid — and build an individualized protocol that addresses your specific presentation rather than a cookie-cutter approach.
We use LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics, both of which have numerous draw sites throughout Utah including Salt Lake City, Provo, Ogden, St. George, Logan, Cedar City, and many others. Most Utah residents are within a short drive of a draw site.
We prescribe Tirzepatide as our first-line weight loss medication, along with Ozempic and Wegovy where clinically appropriate. For patients who prefer non-GLP-1 options, alternative medications are also available. All medications are prescribed following a thorough metabolic evaluation and lab panel. Compounded hormones are dispensed through MedQuest Pharmacy in Salt Lake City and shipped directly to your Utah home.
The primary differences are time and depth. We order 42+ labs (most clinics order 6–10), we spend 50–85 minutes per visit (not 10–15), and you see the same board-certified provider every time. Many Utah patients come to us after feeling dismissed by local options.
Absolutely. We take a whole-person approach to care and respect all dietary, lifestyle, and personal preferences. Many of our Utah patients have specific considerations around medication types, ingredients, or protocols, and we accommodate those fully in treatment planning.
No wait lists. No rushed appointments. Expert, personalized care from a board-certified FNP-C — available to you right now via telehealth.
